I’m the landlord of the apartment. Having lived in it for 6 years, I take great pride in having a homely place in an amazing area.

I’m away from London until May 20th, and my current friend living there is leaving on March 10th, hence the room is available for little over 2 months.

The other room is taken by a nice respectful professional guy who’s often busy at work.

Finally for ease and convenience we’ll be charging £25 each week on top of the rent for all bills so that you won’t have to deal with it. This includes, electricity, water, council tax, tv licence, internet etc. For couples this will be higher.
