The flat itself feels huge, and totally unbeatable at this price, especially given the great location. The flat is split level - kitchen on one level, living room and one bedroom on the middle level, and the available room on its own floor. Loads of space, so you're never on top of each other. There's even a little balcony off the kitchen!

The room available is the larger of the two rooms, is very private and has lots of light. The road is quiet, and there is always parking available outside.

My current flatmate will be staying on, and wants to take up a new 12 month lease (inc. 6 month break) with a professional.

The tenancy is with a private landlord, who is also incredibly responsive and reliable.
