Double room in a 2 bedroom house

Double room in lovely end of terrace house with garden. Currently occupied by one woman and my small, old and very calm dog. All bills included (including council tax, TV licence, etc), this also includes a cleaner every other week. Low deposit at £450.

There is a kitchen, a dining room and a small living room in the shared area. The double room has built in shelving as well as a walk in wardrobe containing shelves and two rails for hanging clothes. The window in the bedroom is the quietest in the house and overlooks the garden.

Looking for someone who is comfortable with the dog, and perhaps also someone who enjoys the garden as I sadly make no use of it.

For short lets, a minimum of 3 weeks is preferred and will cost an additional 15% to cover turnaround time re loss of rent.
