Looking for someone to take over my room in our little flat in peckham rye. The location is great right near the station and off peckham rye high street but a nice quiet road.
It’s a Top floor flat has a small kitchen, sitting room and dining area. One bedroom is en suite so you only share the bathroom with one other girl.
I’m moving out to move in with my boyfriend but my two best mates are staying in the property. The room is small so not ideal if you have a lot of stuff! We have a cleaner that comes every two weeks and this and all the other bills comes to around 80/100 a month currently.
The girls are pretty standard- enjoy going out, work in central, are looking for someone similar to move in and easy going but also as it’s small not messy.
