You’re going to be flat mates with two girls and a guy who are all great to live with. The two girls are graphic designers and the guy is a quantity surveyor, a very good mix of people in the flat. The landlord is very helpful if there’s any problems in the flat, which there hardly ever is.

Supermarkets and shops are only a 5 minute walk away so you're never far from anything.

Bills are very cheap, about £40 a month on average, This includes High speed fibre broadband, council tax, water and electricity. Gas is paid for by the landlord.
