Double Room and bathroom minutes from Camberwell

Hi all.

Double room to rent in a top floor flat in a converted building, walking distance to both Peckham and Camberwell, with views across London from the Shard to Canary Wharf.

It is an airy, bright double room with its own separate bathroom ( not an en-suite, i have my own separate one which i use). The flat has a large light living room and fitted kitchen, and has great views out across london. The building has large private outside areas, and secure bike locks. All bills included. Fast wifi.

The flat is located on Southampton way and is 10-15 minutes by bus to elephant and castle, 20-25 to London Bridge and Waterloo or a 12 minute walk to peckham rye station.
It is located around the corner from a tesco express and a puregym, as well as many other newsagents and food options. Burgess park is a 5 minute walk and camberwell green is a 10 minute walk away. The bus stops are a minute from the flat.

You would be living with me, the landlord. Currently full on working from home, with infrequent trips into the office, so im around during the day, but out in the evening.

Looking for a easy going, like minded professional to live with, but also happy with mature/ post grad students ( Kings, LSE, Camberwell Arts, LCC and KCH are all very commutable).
Would need to be clean and tidy around the flat and considerate of the other occupants of the building throughout the week, so sadly no party animals. But, anyone who is keen for hanging out over wine and happy to go out as a flat would be idea, but this isnt the expected norm, so if you need your own time and space more often then thats cool .

No pets. I cannot stress this enough, NO CATS!! Id consider a dog depending on what its like.
