Great flat share in Peckham with live in landlord

spare room in 3 bed flat in North Peckham with roof terrace. Currently myself (the owner) living here(male/41), one other flatmate (female/28) plus a kitten(female - 4 months?) I work in central London as an architect (not working from home) My flatmate is doing a phd and often works from home. There's a kitchen /diner and separate living room. It's a nice flat I renovated myself a few years ago. I like to keep the place clean and tidy and naturally looking for someone who feels the same. I'm pretty open minded about flat mate .My job keeps me pretty busy and I go climbing about 5 times a week (slightly obsessed) but when I am around I enjoy cooking and socialising. I enjoy good thoughtful conversation and I'm interested in a panoply of stuff - science/ philosophy/ ethics / art / politics. The Universe is an interesting place and I like to be a lifelong student. Be in no doubts I'm not much of a party animal. two drinks, nice food and chat does me just fine and I love sleep too much to stay out late. I think the ideal flat mate would similarly be quite independent but happy to socialise with myself and flat mate as and when suits.
