The Overground/Windrush line and Southern & Thameslink trains run from Peckham Rye station which is less than 10mins walk, with frequent trains into London Bridge, Blackfriars and Victoria. Easy to commute to most places. There are also bicycle hangars on the street, plus permitted parking if you have a car. The closest pub is the Gowlett, less than 1min walk.

The flat has a shared living room with big bay windows and space to lounge in front of the tv or eat at the dining table. Good sized kitchen with all the necessary appliances and a small breakfast bar. The shared bathroom has bath and shower, toilet and sink.
