Cozy single room in lovely maisonette

Join two creative women who work in the arts to share this airy, peaceful home in East Dulwich/Peckham. Our flatmate is moving so we are looking for a third flatmate to take over her cozy single room.

The room is available at the end of June with some flexibility.

THE ROOM:

It is cosy nook with a single bed and a bright window. It's a modest space and there is built-in wardrobe cupboard on the landing.

Rent is £480 including council tax which is £40. Other bills come to around £85 at the moment. So about £565 all inclusive.

THE HOUSE:
Our maisonette is on the 1st and 2nd floor of a Victorian house. It has a big living room, a separate large kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with bath, a massive attic storage space and a garden. We have a cleaning rota to maintain our shared spaces.

We are on a quiet residential street near Bellenden Road, Goose Green and Peckham Rye park. It’s a 10 mins walk from Peckham Rye and East Dulwich rail/Overground stations and close to local supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

THE CURRENT FLATMATES:
You will be living with Ana and Laura. Ana works in an arts museum. Laura works as a production assistant in theatre. We are fairly independent and tend to socialise outside of the house. So this is mostly a quiet and peaceful house. We occasionally have friends over for dinners, or just get together ourselves for a drink or a shared meal.

ABOUT YOU:
You’re open-minded, friendly and looking for somewhere to call home for the next year. You’re interested in art and culture. You care about having a clean and tidy home and want to contribute to it. You’re sociable but equally happy to do your own thing. You’re a young professional . For the reference check with the private landlady, you’ll need to provide passport, two references and scans of 3 recent payslips.
