The transport links are good. Elephant & Castle, borough and Oval Tube Stations are 20mins away by bus and London Bridge is 25 minutes away by bus. It took me 30 mins to get to work in Kings Cross by public transport.
Burgess Park, with its gallery cafe, fabulous modern sports facilities is nearby as is the state of the art Peckham Pulse Healthy Living Centre with its high quality swimming pools and gym. Award winning Peckham Library is around the corner. There's a Tesco's Local on the doorstep, and a good Indian take-away.
