Friendly, chilled out 4-bedroom house in a quiet close on the border of Peckham and Camberwell, rented from a private landlord.

I'm moving in with my partner imminently and am looking for someone to replace me on the contract. Official start date on the contract would either be 28th July or 28th August. However, I'm probably moving out in early August, so there's a lot of flexibility.

Remaining housemates are two professionals and an MA student, all late 20s/early 30s. The close is a mix of families, professionals, and students with an access gate at the entrance.

Ideally looking for another professional. No couples or pets.

Bright double room on the top floor; bed and mattress included.

£775 p/m includes everything: rent, bills, council tax, internet, household supplies.

House is three storeys with a garage, garden, open-plan kitchen/dining/living room, a small toilet downstairs, and a shared bathroom on the middle floor (shared by this room and two more; the fourth has an en suite).

Parking space available directly in front of the house.

Good bus links all over.

5-10 min. walk to Camberwell High Street and Old Kent Road.

15-20 min. walk to Peckham Rye station.
