Double room in new flat on trendy Bellenden road

I have a room available in my beautiful two-bedroom, newly refurbished flat on Bellenden Road in Peckham. This is a very trendy area with so much around to do, we sit right between Peckham rye and East Dulwich. The flat sits above a trendy new wine bar and is close to an array of great restaurants, bars and boutique shops. The flat has access to a roof terrace, a great place to hang out in the Summer.

The flat is a 5min walk to Peckham rye station, you can also walk to East Dulwich in under 10 mins. Park within 2 mins of the flat nice for afternoon walks and playing basketball.

The flat is shared with myself 29 Australian working in retail and teaching yoga so work most days of the week

I am looking for a respectful professional to share the space, clean after themselves and have a good yarn in the evening but respect for each others space.

Tax gas and electric usually around £150 each per month depending on the season (little more expensive in winter)
