We live in a large, spacious 4 bedroom house with 3 floors, a bathroom on each floor. It's a lovely house share in between Peckham and Camberwell. The house is situated in a suburban area, 5 minutes’ walk from Burgess Park (One of London's biggest parks). You will share with 3 other working professionals in their thirties.

The kitchen includes a 2 fridge freezers, a large dining table and lots of cupboard space. There is also a spacious living room with includes a smart TV. The house has a lovely natural light which comes into all the rooms. The property also has double glazing.

The house includes a low maintenance back garden. Bike storage. Peckham high street is within 15 minutes’ walk with its cinema, leisure centre and countless trendy shops, bars, and cafes.

Camberwell high street is a 10-minute walk and has an array of cafés, shops, restaurants, and trendy pubs.

Easy to get into central London with Peckham Rye Overground, and buses going to Vauxhall and Elephant just a 15-minute bus ride from the house.

We're Drew (M33) & Fiona (F36), we both work in the public service and have been living in London for the past couple of years. We both enjoy traveling, exploring London and socialising with our friends. We’re friendly, outgoing & sociable but also respectful of each other’s space. We love a wide range of activities, including:

There is space for a large desk and additional furniture. The bedroom comes with a shared bathroom on the same floor.
