Two spacious doubles, ideal for 2 sharers, Zone 2

We have two bright and spacious double bedrooms available for rent on the upper floor of our two-storey house in Nunhead, London, SE15.

The bedrooms are both unfurnished, so you can bring your existing furniture or acquire according to your personal taste - there’s plenty of space in each to put double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and more.
(But if unfurnished is the only deal breaker for you we’re willing to discuss the possibility of some furnishing).

Facilities (also on upper floor) include:
- bathroom with bath/shower, basin and toilet
- separate toilet with basin
- fitted kitchen and separate furnished dining/lounge area
- washing machine, heat pump tumble dryer

The lower floor of the property and a small room on the upper floor are retained for our own use, so you may see us around at the property now and then, but we’re not live-in landlords.

The total rent for both rooms together is £1,895 per calendar month for a maximum of two people.
Bills are included: council tax, electricity, gas, water, internet. (Included utilities are subject to usage limits).

References, proof of income, bank statements and deposit of one months’ rent will be required.

It could be ideal if you like the idea of living in a place like an upper floor flat but don’t mind that it’s not self-contained.

We’re ideally looking for:
- two people happy to live in shared accommodation with just each other and ready to buddy up for the two rooms; or
- one person wanting both rooms for just themselves.
We’re also willing to consider a third person (e. g. a relative) for a higher rent amount, but we won’t do any HMO situation.
It’s just a few minutes' walk to:
- many bus stops (routes 12, 37, 63, 78, 197, 343, 363, P12, P13)
- three rail / London Overground stations
(Peckham Rye, Nunhead, Queens Road Peckham)
- diverse shopping options
- multiple gyms / leisure centres
- numerous pubs, bars, cafes and restaurants
(stroll over to East Dulwich for even more choice!)
- cinemas (Peckhamplex, Rooftop Film Club)
- plenty of green / open spaces (Peckham Rye Park & Common, Dr Harold Moody Park, Consort Park, Nunhead Cemetery local nature reserve, Telegraph Hill Upper Park, Dulwich Park).
