We have two bright and spacious double bedrooms available for rent on the upper floor of our two-storey house in Nunhead, London, SE15.

Ideal for two people who prefer to live with just each other, but who don’t need a self- contained flat.

We prefer both rooms to be let together for total rent of £1,835.
Two people renting both rooms would be okay, but we won’t accept two people renting just one room.

The bedrooms are both unfurnished, so you can bring your existing furniture or acquire according to your personal taste - there’s plenty of space in each to put double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and more.
(We’re also willing to discuss the possibility of some furnishing, if needed).

Facilities (also on upper floor) include:
- bathroom with bath/shower, basin and toilet
- separate toilet with basin
- fitted kitchen and separate furnished dining/lounge area
- washing machine, heat pump tumble dryer

The lower floor of the property and a small room on the upper floor are retained for our own use, so you may see us around at the property now and then, but we’re not live-in landlords.

Total rent for both rooms together is £1,835 per calendar month.
Bills are included: council tax, electricity, gas, water, internet. (Included utilities are subject to usage limits).

References, proof of income, bank statements and deposit of one months’ rent will be required.
