35sqm Whole studio flat *There are two cats

Originally the rent is £1350/m but I'd like to reduced it as shown on the add if you can kindly take care of my cats at the flat. I reduced the rent based on average sitting fee I pay for cat sitting service.
It's most important that you have no problems with the cats, so if there is no mention of this point in your message, I'll refrain from responding to you.

Bus stop is just around the corner and buses take you to Peckham Rye or Elephant and Castle in 10 mins. It takes 10 mins walk to the Peckham Library.
Preferably single occupant. Couple will be charged a bit more as this rent is based on bills for one person.

Good access and the flat equipped everything you might need. No bathtub but the shower booth is quite spacious. It's south facing flat with a small balcony and good heating so you can feel much sunshine and warmth even during dark cold winter in London.

My cats are 10/13 years old and I brought them from Tokyo to Europe 5 years ago.
There are an automatic feeding machine and a water fountain so basically a tenant don't have to feed them and only need to change the water every 2 to 3 days.
