Description
Hello, Me and my girlfriend are going away for 3-4 months from February 17th and we are looking for several trustworthy individuals to stay in our flat while we are away.
£2500 per month BILLS INCLUDED
THE FLAT -
Inside a beautiful Grade II listed Georgian-era building in the heart of Peckham is our ground-floor garden flat. The property is perfect for 2-3 individuals (a couple, a couple and a friend, or two friends) as it features a main bedroom with a kingsize bed, and a second bedroom/office space with a king-size pull out day bed.
Both bedrooms feature large wardrobes and additional storage, and are equipped with secondary glazing to minimise road noise.
Our bathroom features a two-in-one bath and shower as well as an underfloor heating system. In the kitchen, you'll find a gas hob, electric oven, De'Longhi coffee machine, large fridge freezer, and integrated washing and dishwashing machines. We love the open-plan layout of the living space, which makes it perfect for cooking, dining, and unwinding. The TV is packed with all the streaming subscriptions you could want, so feel free to enjoy your favorite shows on the sofa.
The real gem of our home however, is the enormous garden, which in London really feels like a luxury. Since moving in, I've done a lot of work to make it the oasis it is now, and the BBQs and wood-fired pizza nights on warm summer evenings have made it all worth it. With direct access to the private garden from the kitchen through the two sets of french doors the space flows beautifully, making it a dream in the summer months.
Thats about it really, we love our home and really hope you enjoy staying in our home as much as we do!
THE AREA -We’re located just a 5-minute stroll from the lively bars and restaurants of Copeland Park, and within 10 minutes walk from an endless list of great eateries, pubs, and green spaces in Peckham. Our favorite spot for a bite is 'Mr. Bao,' where you’ll find amazing Taiwanese food at reasonable prices. For a local drink, check out The Prince of Peckham, Social, The Montpellier, The Angel Oak, or Frank’s Rooftop Bar during the summer.
Both Peckham Rye and Queens Road Peckham stations are less than an 7-minute walk away, giving you quick access to explore London—London Bridge and Victoria are around 20 minutes door-to-door, and Dalston Junction around 35.
