I am moving abroad and looking for someone to take over my room until the end of the current tenancy (move in 8th of July - end of contract is 8th of September). If you’re happy with it, there is possibility to extend after that.

IMPORTANT: Priority will be given to someone who can pay all 2 months upfront, plus a small deposit (to be returned) of £200.

You will be living with 2 professionals (1 male + 1 female) that work in IT & education respectively. We’ve had a great home where we can socialise but also respect each other’s private space with cleaning being of high importance.
