Downstairs Rooms Available In Se Queer Home :)

Hi!!
One of our lovely housemates is moving out at the end of our tenancy (moving in with their partner!) so her room is becoming available!

The house is a 5 minute walk into Nunhead, 20 minute walk into Peckham and 20 minute walk into New Cross. We have a big lovely garden that we spend a lot of time in and gets lots of sun (i've been growing courgettes and tomatoes and things!!), a small kitchen, and a living room with a TV where we watch films and eat dinner and whatnot. There are two bathrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs. We also have a study room which we all use for different bits and bobs (both me and Lily Make Things etc).

Bit about us; I'm (she/her) queer, a part-time MA student, jewellery maker and oyster shucker. Lily who lives downstairs (she/her) is also queer, she makes clothes, knits, also shucks oysters with me! And works in film production also. She also does some job with flowers sometimes that I don't know how to explain.

The room is a double room downstairs that has doors that open onto the garden so it gets lots of nice light! it comes with bed, chest of drawers, waldrobe and book shelf!
