We’re looking for a housemate to move into our lovely, big four bed terraced house in peckham, 5 mins walk from queens road station. The room is £835 a large double, comes with a bed (no mattress) and a wardrobe.

You would be living with Ellie, Crimson, Jemi and Ribbon the cat. We are all chill, social girls who work in the creative field or are art adjacent. Bills are around £100-£150 a month depending on time of year. Deposit is £750 and we are looking for someone to sign a year contract with the first day of rent due on the £31st July.
