I'm subletting my room in our lovely flat in Peckham, just minutes from the Peckham Rye overground station. It's available for two months, from August to end of October. You'd be living with my excellent flatmates, who are creative professionals in their early 30's. We're looking for someone with a similar lifestyle - working during the week. It would be a great place for someone looking to spend a summer in London, or to use as a base for trying to find somewhere more long term.
