Double room in friendly airy house-share

**We have had a lot of interest and messages about the room. We will be reviewing them this weekend and will get back to everyone then**

The house is a beautiful Georgian terrace house with five double rooms, two bathrooms, three toilets, utility, balcony, a living room, open fire place, garden and is surrounded by green spaces. Rooms are spacious and light, there is a real home-feel to this property.

We currently have one double bedroom available in this five-bed property. Our current housemate Molly is, sadly, moving North of the River after living here for the past two years.

We are looking for a female housemate of a similar age to move in to keep the gender balance and vibe of the house similar.

2 minute walk to Burgess Park!
1 minute walk from bus links to central London (63, 363, 21, 53, 1, 172), 10 minute bus to Elephant and Castle Underground.
Large sized supermarkets, (Tesco and Asda) are both a 5-10 minute walk from the house.

Sharm and Molly have lived in the property together for the last couple of years, and myself, Ruari and Jossian have all moved in over the course of the last year. We are looking for a friendly, tidy housemates who enjoy spending time together in communal areas but also appreciate their own time. We all really enjoy living in this beautiful house and would like someone to join us in treating it like a home.

Sharm (30) works in the international development sector in global health. In her spare time, she sees her friends and family, cooks, tries to go to the gym and/or plays squash

Matt (31) from The North and works for UCL in Educational Outreach. Likes cooking, podcasts, live music and comedy, hiking, and generally enjoying everything London has to offer.

Jossian (30) From London and works as a structural engineer. Likes sports in general, guitar, chess, board games, arty things

Ruairi (26) moved to the UK from New Zealand last year. He works for a university, enjoys playing football and going to gigs.

We enjoy cooking together as a house, walking in Burgess Park, spending time in the garden, BBQ's, board games. We love to travel, go to museums/theatre/gigs, and spending time outside.

Privately rented house, no agency dealings! The landlord, Stuart, is a lovely family man who moved to France nine years ago and has been renting his home in London since. He is very responsive to issues in the house and always just a whatsapp message away.
