The house is a beautiful Georgian terrace house with four double rooms, three toilets, utility, balcony, a living room, open fire place, garden and is surrounded by green spaces. Rooms are spacious and light, there is a real home-feel to this place.

We currently have one double bedroom available.

1 minute walk from bus links to central London (63, 363, 21, 53, 1, 172), 10 minute bus to Elephant and Castle Underground.
Large sized supermarkets, (Tesco and Asda) are both a 5-10 minute walk from the house.

We are looking for a friendly, tidy housemate who enjoys spending time together in communal areas but also appreciates their own time. We all really enjoy living in this beautiful house and would like someone to join us in treating it like a home.

We enjoy cooking together as a house, walking in Burgess Park, spending time in the garden, BBQ's, board games. We love to travel, go to museums/theatre/gigs, and spending time outside.

Privately rented house, no agency dealings! The landlord, Stuart, is a lovely family man who moved to France nine years ago and has been renting his home in London since. He is very responsive to issues in the house and always just a whatsapp message away.
