Beautiful Room in Burgess Park (All- Inclusive)

We have a very big and lovely double room with walk in closet available. The flat and the room comes fully furnished, the room is well furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, tables, chairs, etc.

We Do Not provide all the bedding such as; (pillows, duvet, duvet cover, fitted sheet).

Our kitchen is fully equipped, including microwave, two fridge/freezers, toaster, kettle, washing machine, etc.
The flat has two modern bathrooms, both with great showers and toilets.

Everything will be kept very clean and tidy, as our cleaner will visit once a week to clean all the communal areas.

The house would ideally suit young professionals and international students, here to further improve their education and/or work experience. We are looking for people who would appreciate living in well decorated, tidy and clean surroundings.

We are just a short ten-minute bus ride from Elephant & Castle (via bus nr:363). The bus stop is located just two minutes from our front door.

The flat is situated just next to the Burgess Park.
Rent includes all utility bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax) and wireless broadband internet and cleaner. There is nothing extra you need to pay.

So, in summary:

You need to send us £225 to reserve the room.
On the day you move in you must pay a further £675 (to make up the full 4-week deposit) plus £975, which is the first month’s rent in advance.

You must give us one month’s notice before you leave. We will hold your deposit in a government-backed scheme called the DPS (please refer to depositprotection. com for more details about how it works).
