Lovely East Dulwich flat with garden for sublet

Hi,

I'm subletting my room in my flat as I'm moving out and have some overlap in rent. The room is available from now until 27th Sept.

You'd be living with one other housemate called Aisling who is a 30y/o speech therapist. We're currently living with 2 of us in a 3 bed flat so it feels very spacious. It's a lovely flat with a south facing garden that gets sun all day.

The rent includes bills and would be £35 a day. The rooms comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers which will all be empty as I'll have moved out.
