Two double rooms available in 4-bed Peckham

My friend and I are looking for two housemates to fill rooms in a lovely 4-bed house in south east London.

Location: Peckham / East Dulwich, SE15
- 14 min walk to Peckham Rye station
- 12 min walk to East Dulwich
- Quiet residential area with lots of cute pubs, restaurants and cafes nearby
- Close to Peckham Rye park

The house:
- 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with large living room, dining room, kitchen and a garden
- Currently undergoing renovation so all the rooms will be freshly painted and some of the furniture will be upgraded

Rooms available:

Room 1:
- £900/month excluding bills
- Double bedroom on the top floor next to the bathroom
- Newly painted, some of the furniture may change from the current image but a bed, mattress, bedside table and clothes storage will be provided

Room 2:
- £950/month excluding bills
- Double bedroom, currently being painted so don’t have the best pictures but will be similarly furnished to room 1 as well as including a desk

About us:
- I’m 24 and am moving to London for my masters at UCL. I’m originally from Edinburgh but I’ve been living in Bristol for the last 4 years while completing my undergrad.
- Eliza is also 24 and will be starting a job in theatre production. She is from Surrey and has just come back from travelling after finishing studying at Exeter uni.
- We both love reading, crafting, going to concerts and the theatre as well as pub nights with friends

About you:
- we are looking for 22-25 year olds who are clean and respectful and are up for socialising and being friends as well as housemates
- Move in date is from the beginning of October
