I've spent a lot on the flat to make it look nice (as it was originally my home) so much of the furniture and features are pretty high quality. Also, it's a new build so the insulation and soundproofing are state-of-the-art, meaning you can't hear the neighbours and they can't hear you. The total size is 906 Sqft, with a 225 sqft balcony.
There is a coffee machine, Sonos speakers in the lounge, and super comfy sofa/big TV. You're welcome to use all cutlery, pots pans etc.
It has a full-length balcony and another large roof area to the side which we use and has an amazing view of the city skyline from the kitchen windows.
There is bike storage in the car park so you can lock your bike up in there, it's shared with the block. There is also free street parking around 5 mins walk.
The current housemate is in Venture Capital, great guy very social and easy to get on with prefers to do his own thing most of the time but happy to grab a beer now and then.
The bills are all included, including internet, water, electricity, heating & council tax. The internet is super fast EE which you can get in all areas of the flat.
Queens Road Peckham is 5 5-minute walk away which is handy, 2 stops to London Bridge, and a straight route 20 minutes to Shoreditch or Clapham.
