Description
We're looking for a new (ideally) long term housemate! We're open to any and all as long as you're someone that wants to get involved with the community of the house. Whilst we're not a party house per say we do have the occasional big dinner parties or an afters here and there, just to be aware.
The house itself is a huge 2 storey, 3 bedroom property with a big garden, open plan kitchen and dining room and a separate kitchen. We also have a small creative space/office as well for anyone wanting a bit of a space to work. We also have 2 bathrooms which is a plus. There is a lovely big sunny garden as well, but it needs a bit of love, so anyone with green thumbs will be welcomed!
The room itself is a large double (could easily fit a sofa in there as well as the bed) and is at the back of the house overlooking the garden. The move in date is negotiable at the moment but is available from 04/12/24.
We're in the middle of everywhere in terms of transport: 15 minute walk to Nunhead station, 15 minute walk to Brockley or Crofton park and a 10 minute bus to get to Rye lane or East Dulwich.
There will generally always be someone around or we'll be doing things together. in the evenings. Our local pub is the ivy house which is a community owned pub and we love it there! They have great music and cheap beers.
The rent is £960PCM including bills.
