We are sad to be leaving this lovely house share just off Peckham Rye.

The house comprises of a large open plan living dining area with bifolding doors to a large south facing garden.

Kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of storage including a large pantry area.

The house is a really well kept large space with plenty of storage throughout.

You have Umar, Paige and Rosie who are the remaining tenants who are lovely people and although respect each others privacy and space, don’t mind watching the film and grabbing a cheeky pint together at the Ivy House (fab local 3 mins away).

The people have made this house share what it is so it’s important that we find the right people, leaving after 5 years here is testament to this.

The bedroom available is the largest of the house which has lots of storage and its own bath! It’s pretty unique and gorgeous.

Bedroom is furnished with bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The room is available from January 5th but we can be flexible with this.
