The room also has it's own private terrace which is of a large size. The apartment has a large kitchen with a dining table and is fully equipped with all the utensils. There is a separate toilet to the bathroom so no waiting if someone is having a shower!

The flat is situated in a community friendly area with all the amenities on your door step. There is a big Asda and a Tesco Extra within a 10 minutes walk. Head into the town centre 5 minutes away for local shops, restsurants, gp, pharmacy, cinema and more.

All bills are included, with high speed internet. Cleaning of the flat is done on rota each week.

The flat has a residential car park in which a permit can be purchased. If you ride a motorbike there is free and safe parking available. There is a bus stop opposite the flat which buses run regularly and 24/7.
