Large En-Suite room for student

I’m looking for a student to replace me. I have a large en-suite room for a student(To be detailed, It's Ultimate En-suite room of YourTRIBE Peckham. For more information, you can search on google:) My room is on the 8th floor, so it has a nice view. You will be sharing a kitchen with 7 other students. It is usually kept clean because the accommodation provides a cleaning service. All bills are included. The building is relatively new and feels modern. There are various amenities such as a game room, gym, karaoke room, laundry facilities, and a large lounge and study area inside the building. Student communities among the students living here are also active, so It is a comfortable space where you can enjoy spending time and socializing with others. The location is about a 30-minute bus ride from Central London and many students from UAL, KCL, Goldsmiths live around here. It’s available from now and to August 2025.
