Dbl Room off Peckham Rye in 2-Bed Flat

Doubleroom with big windows and built-in wardrobe in a lovely, spacious and light-filled two-bed flat, 30 seconds from Peckham Rye (the green, although the station is only a 15–20 minute walk). The flat is also close to Nunhead Cemetery.
On 343 and 484 bus routes, with Peckham Rye, Nunhead and Honor Oak Park stations all under/around 20 minute walk (less by bus). New Cross Gate is also a short bus ride.
The room is unfurnished but my current flatmate is looking to sell mattress and bed frame (both which are fairly new).

I’m quite homeproud, and having a super clean and tidy flat is important to me. I’m keen to have someone I ‘live’ with, not just someone I share the space with, and am looking for a like-minded, friendly and considerate flatmate.
My current flatmate and I spend time together (we enjoy cooking for each other, going to the cinema, reading in the park or being lazy on a Sunday morning — all very wholesome stuff), but also respect each other’s space — I’d love to find a similar situation with a new flatmate. Ideally, a new flatmate would also love cats as I have a little black cat who’ll be living with us too (she can be shy at first but loves a cuddle once she gets to know you!).

In the week I usually read and/or go the gym where I enjoy Reformer Pilates and spin classes. Although I love a chat/drink/boogie out with friends, I definitely need my own time to recharge.

I WFH 3–4 days a week; ideally my new flatmate would mostly be office (etc.)-based, but otherwise I’m sure we could work something out.
