Hi!
We are looking for a sublet for our shared house in Peckham.
The room is available from 8 Jan - 8 Feb, looking for someone who can fill the space for the full term.
It is a 4-bedroom house with a bathroom, utility room, kitchen-living area and large garden at the back of the house. We are equal walking distance (5-10 minutes) from both Peckham Rye and Queens Road Peckham Station.
Room: the room is located on the top floor overlooking the back garden. It is a bright, quiet double-room.
Current flatmates: you will be joining current housemates Olly (29y/o, trainee clinical psychologist), Gemma (31y/o, stylist) and Eibhlin (28y/o, PR). The house has been within Gemma's extended friendship group for about 7 years (!) now and we've been together for the past year. We have a very warm vibe as housemates and love to chat, watch telly (... almost exclusively Sex and the City), encourage each others' unsustainable shopping habits and have a laugh together. We all have our separate lives/friendships but have a good bond as a house too.
Looking for: we are looking for a like-minded gay/they/girlie to join us. The house is more of a home / calm space as opposed to a party house and we tend to work during regular weekday 9-5ish hours (Gemma is freelance so this varies) - so really would suit best with someone who is also in employment/freelance working but obviously not an exclusion. If this is you then give us a shout <3
