Double Room Next To Terrace!

hi, im moving out my lovely flat and am looking somone to take my room, a bed and matress come with the room ( not the bed you see in the picture) and there is a small built in wardrobe. we share a living room, kitchen will be shared with 2 flatmated and the bathroom too as we have 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms, we have a garden and a terrace! we are all students at drama school, very socable amd the flat is a cosy amd welcoming place for a short term or long term stay.
one of my flatmates is vegiterain amd the girls do flat dinner during the week where we take it it terns to cook and its welcome for all to join and partace in.
our Lease is up at the end of july but some of my flat mates are wanting to stay, it would be a 3 mounth minimum stay in my current room. the room may also be available earlier.
just a note as we are all students, professionals will have to pay counsil tax but are eledgable for a 25% dicount for living with studebts, for 1 year in our flat it would be £1,599.86.
