Garden-facing double room in calm, peaceful house!

Hi there !! Subletting my double room in SE15 for 2 months from Feb in the dreamiest house, located between Queens Road Peckham, Nunhead and New Cross Gate stations 🌟 Room is available 11 Feb-30 March (potentially longer).

The house is 3 bedrooms set over 2 floors, with a huge garden at the back, a modern kitchen with a range cooker, and a living room. You’ll be sharing the bathroom with one other.

The bedroom is the one pictured below and faces the garden - the layout is currently a bit different with the addition of more furniture and my stuff. please note that I will need to leave my belongings in there, but will make sure to clear some shelves and a freestanding closet that you can use!

Current housemates are 2 girls and the absolute best human beings. The vibe is calm + friendly; not a party house. Sometimes the neighbour’s cats come to pay us a visit too :>

Keeping the space clean and tidy is an absolute must !! This is also a shoes-off household.

Due to the agreement we have with our landlord. This will need to be signed with a contract as well as a refundable deposit for the sublet.
