Room to rent

I have a double room to rent , use of bathroom , and kitchen but you must clean and wash up after yourself and keep bathroom tidy. all bills included.. you are responsible for supplying your own food , drink and toiletries Have WiFi . Close to shops and transport. There is parking outside but only free parking available after 6.30pm mon-fri and free parking all weekend . I do not allow you to have visitors and anything you break or damage will be your responsibility to replace /pay for . If for whatever reason I feel disrespected in my home you will be given 1 week notice to find another property to live. Please note there is no TV in the room which reflects on the price I am asking for . PLEASE NOTE I DO LIVE IN THE PROPERTY MYSELF and the living room is for my own use only .
