Payment: Full amount due upfront (no instalments) – deadline: 31 August
Facilities: 24/7 reception, gym, study rooms, social lounge, laundry, secure bike storage
This is a contract transfer as I will be moving into a rental property. The replacement tenant must be a full-time student eligible to live in the UK.
