Short/long term/Buddy up (Room)

A room in a great spacious place, available inititally for a short term, from 29/08/25.

The building could be sold, but at least a 2 months notice will be given. There is big change that It could also not be, or sold to another agency that would rent flat again. For this reason a long term or buddy up at the same place or any other property could be considered.

I've been living here for almost 3 years with a close friend that bought his own place and unfortunately he is leaving. You would be sharing the flat with only myself.

The property:

2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room , well located almost by Old Kent road, and few metres from burgess Park. between. 2 big supermarkets ,Tesco and Asda.

The room:

The room is actually has got an extension from a conservatory but it's pretty much cozy and comfy.
It's going to be available preferably unfurnished , however furnished is an option that I am happy to discuss.

Me:

An easygoing professional gay guy. I work couple of days per week at home and some in the office. I do like to interact with people, but also like having private time and I'm good at respecting spaces.

This is not a party place, but also not a dead one. Friends are welcome. All can be discussed , much can be done since there is balance and agreement.
