Ideally a catlover as we have one at the house to love and care for as he mounts an unparallel antirodent guard. But please, no more pets.

Shared cleaning rota generally, but shared contributions to the intervention of a professional cleaner once or twice monthly, if needs be.

There is no parking space on the property but on street parking possible with parking permit.
