2 Spacious Bedrooms, Spacious Semi-Detached House

We're looking for two individuals to pick up the rooms of two current housemates who are moving out.
One room is already available and the second will be available from the 6th October.

Room 1 is on the ground floor and has it's own shower & sink, walk through closet and toilet just across the hallway.
Room 2 is on the first floor and is fully en-suite. However, this bathroom is shared with one of the other bedrooms.
Both are spacious rooms (approx. 12-14m2) and come furnished with double beds and small bits of furniture like bed side tables. You may need to have your own desk/chest of drawers for them.

The rest of the house is incredibly spacious, with a very very large living room and combined kitchen/dining room. It also comes with a garden and resides in a gated community.
We have a big Tesco, big Asda and two Lidls within 15 minute walks, 25 minutes walk from Elephant & Castle, 20 minutes from Peckham Rye and local bus stops that go directly into central London. We are also right next to Burgess Park.
Bills are not included in the rent. The council tax band is E.
