We have a room becoming available from 1st October. You will be living with 2 girls, both 29 year old professionals who enjoy socialising but also our downtime. We are looking for a friendly, clean and respectful housemate.
The bedroom is furnished with a bed and chest of drawers, the room doesn’t have a wardrobe however there is a clothing rail available to use.
Rent is £710 pcm bills included however we try keep these down in winter as the landlord has cut us a good deal with the rent.
The contract is 6 months minimum. After 4 months it becomes a rolling contract with a 2 month notice period to leave.
