We have two housemates looking for a third to join our bright, spacious Georgian townhouse by Burgess Park, just off the Old Kent Road. Well connected to Peckham, Elephant & Castle, Bermondsey, London Bridge, and Maltby St Market.

* High ceilings, big windows, and plenty of space
* Generous kitchen, dining room, and separate sitting room.
* Thoughtfully maintained and aesthetically considered - looking for someone who appreciates a well-kept home and will contribute to that vibe
* Furnished double bedroom - includes a white wardrobe, a mattress and a white wooden bed frame.
* Quiet with lots of light, and a lovely view of the garden
* The garden is huge - perfect for BBQs and relaxing in the hammock in summer
* We also have a very friendly cat

💰 Rent & Bills
* £1,050 per month (bills included - Council tax, TV licence, internet, gas, electricity, water)
* A cleaner comes once a month - £17.50 each.

📅 Tenancy
* 1-year contract with the possibility of renewal
* There's a 3-month trial period – to ensure everyone gets along and there's a good house dynamic (which has always worked out well).

* 5 mins walk to two big supermarkets
* 1.25 miles to Elephant & Castle, London Bridge, Tower Bridge
* 20 min bus to Peckham Rye (bars, nightlife, Bussey Building, Peckhamplex)

👋 The present house mates are:-

two relaxed and friendly females (Italian and British Malaysian Chinese, mid-30s to 40s) working in animation and music. They lead independent lives, enjoy the occasional wine and film night together. They like having friends over but this isn't a party house as such.

* Must be tidy, respectful and cat-friendly.
