We have a large double room available for short-term subletting in our 2-bedroom flat, located on Queens Road Peckham. The flat comes with a huge shared garden, and the bedrooms are on opposite ends of the flat, perfect for privacy and tranquillity. The living room is also very spacious.

The Room
The room is furnished with a bed and has a cosy feel, overlooking the garden. There’s also a small area just outside the bedroom that can be used as a desk space or for extra storage, depending on your needs.

• Rent: £950 per month
• Bills: Gas and electricity is split, all other bills covered
• Availability: From January 2026 for short-term stays.

About Us
You’ll be sharing with myself and my partner. We’re both professionals and don’t work from home, so the flat stays calm and restful. We value a clean and tidy space, so we’re looking for someone who is also respectful, easygoing, and not working from home. It’s a quiet, non-party flat, but we’d love to share the occasional dinner or cup of tea, while respecting each other’s privacy. 🌸
