This one bed flat used to be my home before I got married and moved out of London. I have very happy memories of living there and I am looking for a professional person (or couple) who will take care of the flat as they would their own. In return, I am offering a stable tenancy in a nice flat, and hope to be kind and considerate landlord. I have been renting out the flat for three years and my current tenants are a lovely couple who are sadly moving on for work reasons. The flat comes fully furnished (but I'm happy to remove anything you don't need/want). The appliances were recently replaced, as was the bathroom floor.

The flat is located on Old Kent Road, a minute walk from buses into Central London. The nearest tube station is Elephant and Castle - a 15 min bus ride away. The flat is on the top floor (with a patio/balcony) in a small block containing only two other flats. The rent is £1700 PCM. This does not include bills which you'll be responsible for. The council tax band is B, which is currently £1531/annum.

The flat is available in principle from 1st November 2026, subject to satisfactory referencing. The flat is offered on a periodic tenancy basis, in compliance with the renters right act 2026.
