We’re heading overseas for 2 months and are looking for someone/s lovely to enjoy our home while we’re away.

📍 Location: Quiet street in Peckham – 5 mins’ walk to Queens Road Peckham Station.

- 650 sqft – unusually large for a 1-bed, with lots of space to relax. 3m high ceilings and huge windows in every room for maximum sunlight.
- Fully furnished: King size bed, Emma mattress, 4-seater sofa, coffee machine, everything you need to move straight in
- WFH set-up. Desk & dedicated home office setup
- 56” TV for cosy evenings in (ignore the boxes in the photo, they're gone now)
- Newly refurbished with modern kitchen and bathroom + heated floors
- Huge shared front garden plus your own south facing private garden space – plenty of greenery and outdoor seating

We live in the oldest house in Peckham, converted into 4 flats. Our neighbours (25–35) are all friendly, relaxed, and respectful.

(Our photos show our cat, but he’ll be with family during this time – you wouldn’t know we had a pet as cleanliness is very important to us!)

🌿 The Area
- 5 mins to the High Street with supermarkets, great coffee shops, buzzing nightlife, bars and restaurants. There’s a park and CrossFit gym right around the corner too.

👤 Who We’re Looking For
- Non-smoker
- Open to singles or couples
- Ideally working professionals, but open to students
- Able to provide a reference from your last landlord

Most importantly, someone who will treat our flat as their own, and enjoy it while we’re away.
