Double room for short term let SE!5

Hello!

I am leaving the flat to move to a different country and need someone to fill the room for a month.

It's a double room in a flat in Nunhead/at the top of Peckham Rye park. The drawers in the picture are more just a reference for space, but they are for sale if you are interested/want to take the room. There is also a large storage space otuside of the room for your use only.

10 min walk from Nunhead station and a 2-5 minute walk to buses (P12 and 343). Takes 10 minutes to get to Peckham Rye for all the shops you need and even more transport links. 5 minute walk to the park!

You will be living with two lovely girls who are both super friendly and tidy. They are in hospitality/e-commerce, but not really fussed about occupation. They both love cooking and sometimes a dance x

The flat has a modern kitchen that is big enough that we use it as a living room too. There is also a large modern bathroom. I loved the flat so much that, after moving out, I actually moved back in for another year and a half.

The rent period is from the 28th - so I will pay up until the 6th of October. The price I have put up is per week and is bills included. There is a couple moving in late October/early November, so it is a short term let only.
