We’re seeking a working professional to join a beautifully renovated home, finished to a very high standard. This 1,500 sq ft flat was recently refurbished as a home, not a rental, so we’re looking for someone who will treat it with care and make it their own. We are moving to New York for work, otherwise would not be leaving this beautiful flat!
The tenancy is for a minimum of 12 months, with a 6-month break clause and 2 months’ notice on either side.
The space includes:
2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom – this listing is for the larger bedroom, featuring 4-metre built-in wardrobes.
Dedicated office – two large desks, ideal for remote work. Please note - the other tenant is in the office 4 days a week.
Living room, kitchen-diner, and downstairs WC – the living room has a door for privacy, making it easy for two people to socialise or work separately without disturbance.
Kitchen-diner – with a 6-seater dining table, great for both meals and work.
Bathroom – underfloor heating, walk-in shower, soaking tub, and large vanity.
Laundry cupboard – with built-in washer/dryer space.
Terrace/balcony – small, but all you need!
Please note: the loft will be used for our storage, though you’ll have space for a few items (e. g. a suitcase). The flat will be furnished, though some pieces may change as we set up our place in New York. There will always be the basics - couch/beds etc. We will likely take things like curtains/lamps etc. But as mentioned, will replace them if they are necessities.
Timing: Flexible move-in between 1st November – 1st January (earlier preferred).
Housemate: You’ll be sharing with a 30-year-old fashion professional. He’s clean, tidy, enjoys a peaceful home, and prefers a relaxed lifestyle—happy to share a meal or film occasionally, but also values personal space. For full transparency, he’s a close friend of ours and someone we trust completely to help look after the flat.
