Room in friendly house in Peckham!

Hi there! We have a bright, cosy room available in our lovely home. The room is at the back of the property, featuring wooden flooring, and two windows that let in plenty of natural light.

You’ll be living with three amazing girls, all working professionals aged 25-29. We’re a sociable and friendly bunch who enjoy spending time together but also respect each other’s space.

The house is in a peaceful residential area but close to fantastic bars and restaurants. Getting to central London is a breeze with great transport links, including the overground and trains to London Bridge, plus excellent bus connections.

The property also boasts a cozy lounge and a separate kitchen, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

I'm moving out to live with my partner but have loved living here! We are looking for someone to sign a new 7 month long lease from the 7th November, with the potential to stay longer. The room can be available anytime from the 4th if you’d like to move in before the 7th.

Bills work out to £100-150 in winter
