Hey my lovely flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend so I am looking for someone to take her place.

Rent is £1,140 a month and bills are around £140 (includes council tax/internet/gas/electricity). The water bill is usually paid every quarter.

The room has its own bathroom and comes partly furnished (bed/bedside table and mattress). There’s also a shared living room. Available from 8 November.

You’ll be sharing it with me Ugne (29). I am relaxed, clean, and respectful of personal space but also always up for socialising over a glass of wine/pint at a cosy pub or coffee, a night out, or dinner at home when it suits. Love the outdoors so some of my weekends especially during summer are often spent hiking, cycling, swimming, or climbing.
