LGBTQ+ household, shared with a lovely & friendly couple (both queer non binary age 26, with 4 cute pet rats!) who occupy the other room in the flat. :)

The communal grounds / garden area is all 1 level. The relevant entry doorway to the building is located nearest the bigger gate, and has a flight of steps up to the door where there is a keypad code for entry, this door is not automatic and is fairly heavy.
The flat is on the 3rd floor, with no lift, access is via several flights of stairs.

The water bill is included in the rent, but other bills (gas and electricity, WiFi) are split 3 ways and are usually around £100 per month or less. Council tax band is D.
