Small single room to rent on the Old Kent Road. Closest near station is Queens Road Peckham, which is 15/20 minutes walk from the house. Closest tube is station is Elephant & Castle, which is around 20/25 minutes by bus. Bus stops less than 5 minutes walk. Bus routes include: 453, 53, 21, 172, 78, etc. The house is located very close by to Lidl and ASDA, both less than 10 minutes walk from the house.

All bills are included. Shared kitchen and toilets, not living room. You'll be sharing the house with a family and another roommate. We are all friendly adults and we are looking for someone who's clean, tidy, respectful of the house and the people that lives in it.
