Super Large Double in Special Converted Pub Flat

We have one extra large double room available from 1st December in a large flat share in Nunhead.

The flat is the whole upstairs of a unique converted pub, above a 1 bed flat and restaurant downstairs.

We have 2 bathrooms with toilet and showers, 2 seperate toilets, a large and well stocked kitchen with 2 ovens, a dishwasher, large fridges AND a roof terrace - so although there are 7 of us, it never feels too busy.

All bills included, great WiFi and we also have a cleaner who comes once a week.

The room itself is large enough to have your own living space, and would suit someone who enjoys their own peace and space. The room comes with a bed and mattress, and we have some other furniture available if needed - but is mostly unfurnished.

The flatmates are all professionals working in the arts and hospitality, and work fairly different schedules, so it’s a transient space - but we often catch up and have a chat in the kitchen over coffee or dinner when we’re home together.

We are 10 minutes walk from Nunhead Station and Peckham Rye overground, with great bus links into the rest of town nearby.
